  4. Hi Roberta,I think menopause women feel little bit difficulty in doing these exercises as they are 45 or 50+.So please do upload some exercises which are slow and strong for elder people.Hope u will reply.

  5. Can you please give me advice on how to lose weight really quickly? I am already athletic and quite slim tbh, but my weight is 42kg for 5ft. Everyone in my class is like 40kg or 39kg, so I want to lose weight fast. I am 11 years old, I’m not tall in my class, I’m average and I feel like I weight above healthy. Plus, I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle for later in my life. Any advice?
