Birth of a Digital Assistant: The team [6/7]

It’s incredible what we’ve delivered in
such a short time scale. In the collaboration between the whole team and
the ability to perform an agile way, we get everybody working together to a
similar goal has been fantastic. Big team work on Cora to help her to learn. We
have the customer service center: they know what kinds of questions that
customers are asking. We also have the technical team: they’re the ones that
make her smarter by giving her access to more and more information. We share
information experiences and there’s just a very very good productive flow of
information. We’re all trying to get to the same goal to making this successful
for RBS and the customers.
