Hi my name is Casey Neuwirth and I have a

going to show us how to work the inner thigh muscles which are your abductors squeezing
a ball. So she’s sitting in a chair with a nice back, nice and straight and she squeezes
in with her knees, holds it for a few seconds and releases and what that’s going to do
is work the inner thighs as she contracts and this can be done throughout your pregnancy.
