  2. I am in great mental stress as I started out reading through this “Gαjοjο Fivu” (Google it) mainly because my A1c was 11.5% and my blood sugar level has risen to 300. That is what I have come across two months ago. I strictly followed “Gαjοjο Fivu” (Google it). And that made it happen. I could not contain my joy as I learned that my average PP sugar level was reduced to 140…

  3. When I had gestational diabetes I ended up one pound lighter than I was before I got pregnant once my baby was born. Even though I had trouble gaining weight my baby was born healthy at 6lbs 9oz. My diabetes was diet controlled however my doctor kept recommending that I eat more carbs to gain weight and consequently require insulin to keep my blood sugar normal. I refused and I’m happy I did.

  4. Hi, thanks for the video. Were you inducted bc of this? And also were you able to have natural births?

  5. One day I woke up my sugar level was 59 🤪and it’s always 79 or lower. When I eat my meal it’s 89 sometimes but it’s never higher than 117/118

  6. Just diagnosed for the second time and struggling because this came earlier than the last pregnancy. I have a HUGE sweet tooth so been googling like crazy and binge watching YouTube videos to make sure I do this right and find ways to cure my sweet cravings without going for sugary treats.

  7. Wow GD all for three?! I had it just my first. I started a brand/blog based on that experience. If you have it again, keep me in mind. TheGestationalDiabetic .com

  8. Thank you so much for making this video. I just got diagnosed and this really helped put my mind at ease and cleared some things up!

  9. I've noticed that anything made from white flour makes my blood sugar much higher. I've also noticed watching these videos that people are staying below 140 but I was told below 120. I have horrible lows as well as highs and thats eating what they told me. Its rough, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

  10. Thanks for this informative video 🙂 i was just diagnosed with GD for the first time ever last week and its been a whirlwind of emotions for me and getting used to taking glucose levels and working it all out. Diet is confusing sometimes. Been perusing youtube for inspiration and found your video. It is very helpful thank you 🙂 xx

  11. Great video! It’s my fifth pregnancy and first one with gestational diabetes. The video is very helpful. Thank you and God bless your family.

  12. Hi Heather! Thank you so much for making this video. When I first diagnosed I was so upset. It seemed almost undoable. I had a whole day of training with the diabetologist and a nutritionist but they made it seem so technical and so restrictive. Your explanation is so much easier to understand. I feel like I can actually do this. Thank you so so much! God bless you!

  13. Thank for this video. I have been a diabetic for 20years. I had a baby last year he had a lot of complication. He stayed in the hospital for 7 weeks. Now I'm pregnant again i don't want the same thing to happen. Thank you that's the best video i had seen.

  14. hlo dear very nice video .

  15. Thanks for posting this. I've just been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and I feel so bad. I have slept so badly with this pregnancy and one of the side effects has been that I've had a heightened sweet tooth. I was blaming myself but it's good to know that it's more hormonal than anything else.

  16. Great video, just remember you cannot have as much fat as you want. There are healthy and unhealthy fats. Excessive eating of unhealthy fats makes your body break down sugars much slower and can cause prolonged periods of elevated sugars. Stick to your healthy fats such as avocado, nuts or seeds, olive oil, etc. Avoid high quantities of butter, sour cream, cream cheese, shortening, gravy. Everything in moderation.

  17. AMAZING VIDEO !! I am pregnant with my first child. I an 26 weeks pregnant and was just told I have gestational diabetes. This videos has helped ease my nerves and anxiety. I am currently writing down a grocery list that will help me lower my blood sugar levels. I will probably have more questions in the coming weeks. Thank you again!!
