SMOKY BARBECUE GRILL PAIR WITH
BARBECUE CHICKEN, HOW ARE SMOKY

THINK THAT YOU CAN JUST THROW
THEM ON THE GRILL, BUT THAT’S
WRONG, THERE’S A PROCESS BEHIND
THEM. YOU WANT TO USE A PAN WITH A LIP
ON IT, AND OVEN RACK WITH ABOUT
A CUP OF WATER. YOU WILL TAKE THE RACK, SEASON
IT, AND I BROUGHT THE PREPARE —

OVEN AT ABOUT 325 DEGREES FOR
TWO IN A HALF TO THREE HOURS. ONCE THE STEP IS COMPLETED, WE
WOULD BRING IT OUT AND THEN YOU
COULD THROW IT ON YOUR GRILL. ON THE GRILL, ONCE IT’S OUT IT’S
ONLY GOING TO TAKE A COUPLE OF
MINUTES AND WE WOULD PASTE IT
WITH BARBECUE SAUCE ON BOTH
