In the Tall Grass | Official Trailer | Netflix

Help! I’m lost in here! Did you hear that? Is someone out there? Help me! Help me! Cal? Becky? Something’s not right
about this. I think we should
head back to the road. Becky? Travis? Who are you?
What’s going on? I came looking for you. What? How did you get here
before us? I don’t know. My boy,
he’s lost in here too. -This is nuts.
-Where are you? -It’s only a field.
-What’s happening? -He went the other way.
-Natalie! I’m never going to find her. You can find things. But it’s easier
once they’re dead. How long have we been here? I’m not sure. Don’t let Cal… That sounded like me. This field
doesn’t make any sense. Name one thing in here
that does. You think this is just chance? We’re all here for a reason. Becky! Oh, my God. It’s grass. It’s just grass.

  3. i thought this was going to be another short for Jurassic World because the title reminds me one of my favorite Jurassic Park quotes "DON'T GO INTO THE LONG GRASS" when the raptors come in and ambush the mercs

  4. no joke, after watching this, the grass on my lawn started to sway. I realized it was just wind. but what if, right? you know what I am sayin?

  6. Dear Netflix, last time you’ve made a film of a Stephen King novel, it was a weak C-. I hope you’ll do better this time…

  7. I hope this has an ending worthy of the buildup to it. I love King's non-horror works, but in his horror, there's always this great suspense and build up, then some cop out ending. Like he just can't write an ending.

  8. Okay…yeah Stephen King and Netflix are running out of ideas for sure….a thriller about scary tall grass? I mean it's an interesting concept I'll give you that but it looks stupid when made into a movie.

  9. When i saw this title, i just remembered The Lost World Jurassic Park. The hunter yelling at everyone " DONT GO INTO THE TALL GRASS!!! STAY OUT OF THE TALL GRASS!!! Then the raptors killed them.

  10. Does anyone remember that Amanda Show sketch where they were trapped in a convertible and couldn’t get out? This reminds me of that.

  11. I read the novella, which I did enjoy in its own weird way as I do most King/Hill stories, but I can't help but think while watching this trailer: "Why doesn't one of them just stand on the tallest one's shoulders to see which direction the church was in, and keep periodically doing this until they get there? Or, just piggy back somebody to act as a periscope."

  12. Sorry to say but Netflix have been streaming lots of useless and meaningless movies. Movies like "Open house" & "When angels sleep" this kind of movies will bring down your reputation.

  13. Jesus, just have someone sit on someone else's shoulders.
This is 80% shots of grass, 20% people calling other people's names, and 100% characters being dumb and useless. I'm rooting for the creepy kid with dirt on his face.

  15. Feels like it showed way too much for a movie based on a short film, but that’s expected for netflix trailers nowadays. They want to show everything for some reason.

  16. If netflix wants to make Stephen King novellas into movies, I do hope we get a The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon one, that hopefully sticks to the original time period.
Might be pretty good if they get a decent child actress, and actually to build suspense.

  17. Wow Netflix..
    Tall girl then tall grass…
Next what tall giraffe eating tall grass while a tall girl riding on his back…
