Jennifer Hawkins on being pregnant after devastating miscarriage

Jennifer Hawkins has spoken candidly about falling pregnant again after suffering a miscarriage  Currently expecting her first child with her husband Jake Wall, 36, in a matter of weeks, 35-year-old told this week’s issue of Stellar magazine she was ‘terrified’ until her baby’s first scan  Jen told the magazine: ‘I feel so excited and so grateful just to be pregnant and feeling the kicks,’ she says ‘When we went to see the heartbeat scan for our little girl, it was the most incredible, overwhelming feeling because prior to that we were so scared,’ she added   The former Miss Universe Australia told the paper that she suffered a miscarriage in the year prior to expecting her new bundle of joy     ‘Last year was such a tough year for Jake and me. It was the toughest year of our lives,’ she revealed  ‘I felt like I almost broke and, in fact, it’s still really raw. But Jake was amazing He let me sit with the pain, feel it and not be okay’. The beauty added: ‘The one thing I so dearly wanted couldn’t be planned Everything crumbled.’In the photos accompanying the interview, Jen looks angelic in a cheesecloth dress worn open to reveal her bump and satin underwear  She sits on the shore of a pristine beach, her blonde hair around her shoulders, gold accessories on her arms and her makeup peachy and fresh. In another photo from the same shoot, the model wears a more details, flowing lace dress as she sits in the sad, cradling her bump  The former Myer ambassador appears to be in the final month of her pregnancy. She announced she was expecting back in May with an Instagram post, in which she showed off her growing bump alongside husband Jake Wall    ‘I’m sooo happy to share with you some exciting news! Jake and I are expecting a baby girl!!! We can’t wait to meet her!’ Jennifer began her post  ‘Thank you to our beautiful family and friends for their love and support and, most importantly, to my hubby Jake – I can’t wait to see you as a Daddy!’ she continued
