  1. Great video, what would you suggest for burping without waking the baby up too much? My baby gets gassy so it’s important I burp him but conscious that then wakes him up!

  2. An easier way but beat to just put the thing in the crib, let it cry and then ignore it. It’ll figure out eventually that crying gets him absolutely nothing and he will sleep

  3. Amazing tips! All these tips make so much sense! I’m due on October and will definitely be trying all of these 😃

  4. Ladies,

it does work if you create a routine from day one.

My baby boy would sleep at 18:30/7:00 pm then wake up once to be bottlefeed, change diaper and then i place him back to his crib and eventually doses off.
    Wakes up either 7—8 a.m

I have a very soft night light and yes no talking or else you will stimulate the baby and will take longer to fall back to sleep.

  5. Great video! Do you have any suggestions for my 4 month old who doesn't want to sleep until past 10pm and then wakes every hour. He doesnt cry. I offer him the breast and we co sleep. He sometimes has milk but other times he just wakes and moves around loads. Its super exhausting and I'm at a loss as to what to do.

  6. My baby sleeps like 9-10 hrs a day… when he’s supposed to sleep up to 17 hours so yeah. I’m dead and I would not DARE have another one haha

  7. Winner of a video, I've been looking for "techniques to get baby to sleep through the night" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across – Qeysaiah Baby Bangka – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my colleague got great success with it.

  8. Great video and super helpful tips! Thank you so much for sharing. I have a 3 1/2 month old and some of what you mentioned is exactly what I do because it helps the both of us sleep better. I have to make sure I have him nurse from both breasts for that bedtime feeding.

  9. Thank you! What a great video. Have you tried playing womb sounds or relaxing nature sounds to prevent sleep deprivation?

  10. I'm glad to see that you're back. You look great. 👍🏾For your optimistic attitude and tips. I really appreciate you sharing.
