  11. Hey Carly! Can I ask how you managed to keep up your prenatal fitness with pelvic girdle pain and what kind of excersise you did? I have loved working out during pregnancy but since I got PGP everything hurts apart from verrry gentle yoga. Thanks x

  13. Could you do a video on pelvic floor exercises without equipment. I've had 2 kids and although I don't pee myself all the time I have done and I'm never sure if I'm doing exercises right. But you have a way of explaining things that I think will make it easier. X

  14. Newborn stage is definitely the easiest! Even with your first. When they start to get mobile it’s a loooooottttt harder to keep up with everything else. I thought myself hand embroidery during the first three months, I was that bored. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Now I can’t even go to the loo on my own, but 11-month-old would not tolerate a door between us.

    It's completely understandable if this isn't possible with time restrictions of a new baby at the moment, but a "day in the life" style vlog would be lovely!

  18. I've been recommended if baby prefers one side, you can bring them round your body, so they are in the same orientation, to feed on the other side but in the same position. Not advice as sounds like you're a feeding pro!
