  9. Love your videos! I would love to see more videos like this. Have you thought about seeing an endocrinologist? This doctor will be able to tell you if something is wrong hormonally.

  10. I am older than you, have Christian views also and have been through a lot of challenging things too. Going through menopause now and always had bad periods.  Raspberry Leaves Capsules by Natures Way, can help balance a womans hormones/female issues. Check out the Reviews on Amazon.com, or Vitacost and see what women say about Raspberry Leaves.  It helped me. I try to eat some organic foods as  well.

  13. Thank you for sharing, I suffered from postpartum depression after having my 3rd child. The medication didn't work too well for me so now I see a therapist for over 8 months now.

  14. I so wish I had seen something like this when I had my children. I did not know what was happening to me until my sister forced me to go to the doctor. I know this will help someone. Thanks for loving people enough to share.

  15. Thank you for putting urself out there for the sake of others. There's a definite stigma among black people and also Christians when it comes to any type of mental illness. There's a lot of ppl who say you should just pray about it…but would you just pray about heart disease or blood pressure? Depression is just as serious. So your message is an important one…thanks for the #freetherapy

  16. Thanks for sharing.  This was so helpful.  I am almost 11 months postpartum and although I haven't suffered from depression something is definitely wrong.  I find myself anxious and every now and then cry for no apparent reason.  I think its time to schedule some appointments.

  17. I know you said something like not wanting to take medication. Does that include natural products like St John's Wort and relaxation teas? It helps me sometimes.

  24. I'm struggling with it also but mine is menopausal. I take it as it comes. Some days good, some not. I'm gonna get my hormone levels checked now. Hopefully they won't say they r normal like last time. Everyone's "normal" is not the same.

  25. I start with menopause symptoms when I was 38.  *38* I was so ticked off!  LOL  A fews years have passed and  I try to identify my symptoms and deal accordingly.  It's a struggle at times but it has gotten better now I understand some of what is going on.  Hope you get it all worked out.
