  4. Lovely! Very gentle yet really helped open up my hips. Just got the green light on exercise again after 6 weeks postpartum with a natural VBAC delivery. Thanks for sharing!

  5. Hi I found a place where there are lots of new yoga and fitness tips available on the internet. Visit Google and type: "MindYoga4U". This will definitely help you.

  6. Wonderful! I am 5 weeks post partum after a natural delivery and this felt amazing and wasn't too much at all. I also feel like it gave some nice tools to do when I have a few spare moments – new mommy hood can be quite unpredictable time-wise!

  7. I gave natural birth 4 days aho and really needed to stretch a bit my sore muscles. Of course i'm not in such good shape as the author but anyway this session works well and helps to control my body. Thanks

  8. Thank you for creating this video! I have sacroiliac joint pain after my 3rd cesarean section and doing these exercises gave me a lot more mobility and decreased my pain (even more than physical therapy). I have done the videos at a much slower pace than suggested (starting at 2 months post-partum for the Week 1 video, and working up to the Week 3 video at 9 months).

  9. I am a little over 3 weeks postpartum and am totally going to start doing this starting tomorrow or the day after. I need to start moving more (uncomplicated pregnancy and birth 🙂 )

  10. Just did this video 8 months postpartum and it felt great. Should have started long ago but glad I did today, thank You!

  11. Hiccups are due to dehydration … a little water for baby is necessary. [yes i know there is some water in mamas milk, but once you give baby some water there will be little to NONE hiccups)

  12. I am 8 weeks postpartum. I wanted to start the yoga routine. Can you please suggest me what time is the good in a day to practice the routine. Can we do it after having breakfast. Thank you

  13. My son is 6 weeks old and i have C- section😔
I going to wait to see my doctor before start doing yoga😊

  14. I am one week post partum today after delivering my 4th baby "sunny side up". I'm finally starting to feel a bit human again and can't wait to try this routine. With my baby being posterior, my tailbone has really been aching so I'm hoping this helps 🙂 Thank you for the video, love your baby hiccuping in the background 🙂

  15. Thank you for this class. I am 6 weeks postpartum and I started following these exercises. It was enjoyable. 🙂

  16. I just had my daughter four days ago the same way. all natural, no epidural, no nothing. when I read the name of this video I thought it meant exercises you can do within the first week not after a week has passed.
thank you for your explanation at the beginning. I could've hurt myself if you hadn't given that disclaimer. ^_^
It looks like it will help a lot. I can't wait to try it. ♡
