  1. So i just started watching your videos this is my first pregnancy and i was just wondering if you or anyone had some tips on back pain i work full time as a Manager in the fast food industry so i work about 6-7 hours a day without more than a 10 minute break at a time my im 26 weeks and my back pain is really increasing

  2. Pelvic girdle pain is an issue alot of people have that ob's don't have any suggestions for. I found some relief on my own with pelvic tilts and changing how I go up and down the steps and delegating vacuuming duties (THAT one is the gift that keeps on giving!). 38 weeks and 5 and I'm watching the lamaze videos for the 2nd time through. I did take a lamaze class (if you can't afford them, usually your local health department will offer them for free) but I just love your teaching style Mandy πŸ˜™

  3. Definitely drinking half your body weight, but in ounces of water, will completely remove and take away leg cramps πŸ™ŒπŸΎ

  4. Eating enough potassium (green leafy veggies) enough magnesium and having electrolytes (especially if you are drinking 3 l of water) will help with leg cramps πŸ˜€

  5. Thank you so much for these classes! I’m 35 weeks preggo and it’s been 3 years since I last gave birth, and 5 years since my Lamaze class, so these videos are a great refresher!

  6. The leg cramps are awful. The fact that the word 'cramp' is used and not 'stabby stabby knife pain' is used is frustrating. I couldn't walk the next day after a bad attack. It was like both sets of muscles that flex and point were gripping so strongly to the bone of my leg I haven't felt pain like that since I had dry socket in my wisdom tooth area!

  7. skip to 7:15 for the actual useful information that you came here for. (AKA the title of the video.)
also, i'm sorry but water for heartburn? no. nonononono. water will only ever make it worse. DO NOT do it to yourself!!!!

  8. Thank you so much for these short little lessons. It's my first baby. But I guess we spent all our money on IVF cuz I can't afford a lamaze class. Your videos gave me so much more confidence and also gave me practical ideas/tools. I even took notes! 😘
