HOPEFULLY SOMETHING LIKE THIS WILL PROMOTE AWARENESS SO FRIENDS AND FAMILY COULD RECOGNIZE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION AND GET SUPPORT FOR THE PERSON THAT HAS THE POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION. EXERCISE IS A GREAT WAY TO FEEL BETTER. IT IS ONE OF THE HALLMARKS OF TREATMENT OF POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION.
