    I was preganat for 9weeks 3days but unfortunately my babies heart beat has stopped functioning today only i v aborted doctor told me that u can try the 2nd time preganancy after 2months

  6. Sorry to be critical, and this is just a personal opinion based on my own research and experience, but grains and dairy usually cause inflammation. Also, dairy is packed with hormones and medication which often disrupts hormones, not to mention autoimmune responses to lactose. And ovaries need fat, so I wouldn't suggest lean protein either tbh. Most fertility diets encourage healthy fats(such as the ones you've listed, but also including fatty or organ meats). As I said, just an opinion, no disrespect intended.
